Brixton Village Market Print

I've adapted my Brixton Village felt tip drawing into a riso print. Teal on cream (pale yellow) 160gsm card, each print is signed and numbered in an edition of 18. Available to buy from my Etsy or you can email me directly. £14 each which includes signed for delivery in the UK. I printed this at the ace Rabbit Road Press, London. I'll also be showing this print at Loop Open graphic design and illustration at LCB Depot in Leicester, running from 3 to 28 September 2018.

Pottoms zine

Pottoms zine! Original made for Jack because we always talk about them. Round, old eccentric men (you get female ones but they're more savvy). A mixture of Monty from Withnail and I and Frank Spencer from Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, asexual, extremely unlucky, they have excellent manners and obsessive hobbies.

Porto Sketchbook

When in Rome

I have been working on a book of colourful felt-tip drawings of people I saw in Rome in March, whilst walking around. I've compiled eighteen into a 24 page paperback book with patterned endpapers and a shiny cover. It is available to purchase from my Etsy shop here. £1 from every sale will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.

'South of the River' - The Douglas Fir

My solo exhibition 'South of the River' opens next Friday 3rd March and runs until 24th March at The Douglas Fir pub in Crystal Palace. The exhibition comprises of embroideries of Peckham, Walworth and Brixton made over the past five years. I will be making a new embroidery of Electric Avenue for the show and also showing a large drawing 'Deptford High Street' alongside my Bowie embroidery. A solo exhibition of old, new and unexhibited.

The beautiful new issue of At The Table is out. Focused on British food culture and the stories that surround it, delve into food writing, photography and illustration. Buy a copy here.

I did some small illustrations for the issue on a piece collecting together childhood food memories from London chefs. You'll have to get the issue to see them all.

I illustrated 'This Is Hardcore' by Cath Bore in 'Fuck What You Love', a zine put together by Claire Biddles, designed by Kate Dunstone and featuring illustrations from Jessica Taylor. Popstar crushes explored through writing, design and illustrations from over 20 women and queer people.

Cinnamon Bun Week - Nordic Bakery

Nordic Bakery asked selected illustrators to draw their famous cinnamon buns as part of a celebration taking place next week in honour of Cinnamon Bun Day. Cinnamon Bun Week (28th September-4 October) will take place at the different Nordic Bakery shops in London and will involve special flavours of cinnamon buns and a new cake! I got my felt-tips out to draw the above. Check out their website for more details.

My friend Bella put together a book of her ESOL students stories about nature for future reference. I illustrated a story called 'The Dream'.

Anonymous Drawings/Anonymous Zeichner 2015

I'm really pleased to have a drawing selected to be in Anonymous Drawings/Anonyme Zeichner opening Saturday 1st August at Galerie Nord | Kunstverein Tiergarten. The show features 600 international drawings complied by Anke Becker. The show runs until August 29th 2015.

TOAST magazine

I enjoyed drawing chillies, coriander and naan bread to illustrate Meera Sodha's 'Blood, Sweat and Turmeric' piece in TOAST magazine which launched a couple of weeks ago. You can buy a copy here or pick one up at one of their stockists - check out their Twitter.

majestic disorder magazine - issue 3

I was commissioned to illustrate short story 'Yentas in the Rain' by Callahan Tormey in issue three of majestic disorder magazine which is available worldwide today. You can find it in Foyles, Tate and selected bookshops.

A Letter in Mind - The National Brain Appeal

I made a drawing for 'A Letter in Mind' which was held at gallery@oxo. The exhibition has been a great success for The National Brain Appeal – with over 1000 visitors during the week, 136 works sold and more than £10,000 raised - which is great! I was inspired by a walk (and the drawing which has been used on a couple of my ceramics as well).
