I illustrated a quartet of mangoes and a bowl of amrakhand (or shrikhand as we'd say at home) for Apoorva Sripathi's piece for Vittles 'The Pleasure and Politics of Eating Mangoes' (6.11), published on Vittles.
Words and Pictures
I illustrated a quartet of mangoes and a bowl of amrakhand (or shrikhand as we'd say at home) for Apoorva Sripathi's piece for Vittles 'The Pleasure and Politics of Eating Mangoes' (6.11), published on Vittles.
I collaborated with Stephen Holmes, founder and creative director of Endeavour Agency to produce new illustrations for their new website. Stephen sent over a series of photographs within a brief for me to work on and I sent over pencil sketches for approval before developing into pen illustrations. The illustrations show the exterior of South Wimbledon station and insights into the physical studio space.
I did an interview earlier this year (pre COVID19) with Mary Carson on TextileArtist.org anout my work, influences and techniques. You can read it here.
