I have been working on a book of colourful felt-tip drawings of people I saw in Rome in March, whilst walking around. I've compiled eighteen into a 24 page paperback book with patterned endpapers and a shiny cover. I stitched a portrait of Chandra Singh, a tailor for Creative Handicrafts, a supplier of @peopletreeuk, embroidered for Fashion Revolution fanzine MONEY FASHION POWER.
The proceeds of this non-profit fanzine will go towards growing the @fash_rev movement and to help keep on pushing for positive change in the fashion industry.

My solo exhibition 'South of the River' opens next Friday 3rd March and runs until 24th March at The Douglas Fir pub in Crystal Palace. The exhibition comprises of embroideries of Peckham, Walworth and Brixton made over the past five years. I will be making a new embroidery of Electric Avenue for the show and also showing a large drawing 'Deptford High Street' alongside my Bowie embroidery. A solo exhibition of old, new and unexhibited.

I made a Winona zine! I've been talking about this for a while now and it's taken a while because I wanted to make sure I could get a likeness. The zine features drawings inspired by Beetlejuice, Heathers, Mermaids, Edward Scissorhands, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Reality Bites, Girl Interrupted and Stranger Things. Apart from Winona, the zine also has a few cameos from her films including Gary Oldman, Cher and Whoopi Goldberg. The zine is A4 sized, features eight photocopied pencil drawings and has a lilac cover.

I have added a new shop section to my Etsy - Christmas cards. You can buy this new Christmas design for 2016 which features a little red cabin inspired by a navy house I saw in Denmark. The set is two green striped and two pink striped cards. I have also added some old favourites - Penguin, Robin and Christmas Tree cards from previous years. The set of four cards also comes with four white envelopes.
My camera broke a couple of months ago (which is why some of my photos aren't so great at the moment!) I've been working on embroidery commissions to save up for a new one.
